Ageless Desperate Housewives

Yeah, I admit. I've been a fan of Desperate Housewives lately. I really love the twists and turns of the story that I can't get enough of it. The humor along with the suspense and drama is just overwhelming - plus the girls - Teri Hatcher, Feilicity Huffman, Maria Cross, and Eva Longoria are just gorgeous! They are indeed the perfect ones for the series.

Usually, I stay till 2 to 3 am just to finish three to four episodes of the said series. It's really very entertaining that I usually forget how late it already is. The beauty of the female casts are just remarkable that I sometimes wonder if they are undergoing a regular Beverly Hills facelift as they appear to be ageless on television - maybe if I don't know that their ages are between 35-40, I would mistakenly think they are only in their late 20's! The story is really built on a typical scenario and I bet most American women have identified themselves with the "housewives" that's the reason why it became so popular. Try checking on the show and I bet you'll be addicted as well.

Rhinoplasty LA

Who considers undergoing rhinoplasty? I do! It's been my dream and if given a chance to have it, I'll grab it definitely! Uhhmmm... so what's rhinoplasty by the way? Rhinoplasty simply means "nose molding" or "nose forming." I bet when I ask the same question the second time around... I would now see more hands. (lol) Rhinoplasty is a cosmetic surgical procedure which is usually performed by either an Otolaryngologist, Maxillofacial Surgeon, or general Plastic Surgeon in order to improve the function (reconstructive surgery) and/or the appearance (cosmetic surgery) of a person's nose. Rhinoplasty is also commonly called a "nose job". There are a lot of reasons why one would dislike the form of his nose. It might be because of its proportion with your other facial features. Some might dislike the shape and the position of their nosetrils or you just feel that there is something wrong with it. Unfortunately, its shape and size is largely inherited so there is really nothing we could do about that...unless we undergo Cosmetic Rhinoplasty. Well, some may disagree with this idea I know. They would probably say that they need not to change the way they body looks as it is what God gave them. Or they might say that since they are able to breathe air using their existing noses...then it should not bother them at all. Well, I can'not agree more...but we also cannot blame those people who does'mt have enough self esteem and wants to improve their lives. Right? The best option for you to have your nose done is through rhinoplasty LA. It's a very famous procedure located in Los Angeles California which promises that it is more than a surgery - but an art form as the surgeons creates a nose that is uniquely yours and would be a perfect made for your face. So if you feel that having a "nose job" would improve your life...go ahead. Nobody is responsible for your own happiness but yourself. Good Luck!

The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a worldwide radio-navigation system formed from a constellation of 24 satellites and their ground stations.

GPS uses these "man-made stars" as reference points to calculate positions accurate to a matter of meters. In fact, with advanced forms of GPS you can make measurements to better than a centimeter! In a sense it's like giving every square meter on the planet a unique address. GPS receivers have been miniaturized to just a few integrated circuits and so are becoming very economical. And that makes the technology accessible to virtually everyone. These days GPS is finding its way into cars, boats, planes, construction equipment, movie making gear, farm machinery, even laptop computers.Soon GPS will become almost as basic as the telephone. we think it just may become a universal utility.

Our Sweet Princess is Leaving for Singapore

I'll gonna miss my niece AJ. She (with her father) will be going to Singapore to join her mother who is working as a nurse there for almost five years now. I feel really sad as we bid farewell yesterday after watching the movie "The Forbidden Kingdom" with Mama and Dina. I came straight to their house (which will be ours from now on) from my work at around 8:00 am so I can spend my restday with her. I would really miss the gimiks we have with their family as my sister wants AJ to just continue to her studies in Singapore. Although I was'nt able to visit her often before because of my work shedule - I know life without our sweet princess would never be the same again. I spent the whole day bonding with her, laughing with her knowing that I might never be able to experience this "I'll gonna teach you how to draw" kind'a stuff because I'm sure when she comes back - she already know how to draw and will not be interested anymore with this kiddie form of art. I really wish at that time that I could freeze the time so I could spend more time with her - but I cant. After watching the movie, it's time to go home and say my final farewell to my sweet niece - who has been our angel and the center of our happiness for the past 9 years. I would really gonna miss her.

I remember that earlier that day, she saw me writing something in my organizer and she started asking things about what I am writing and started to check on my organizer. She also showed me her diary and her planner while saying "tita mimi meron din akong ganyan..."... as if she wants to show me her stuff as well while she reads some of my entries on my organizer. I told her to ask her father to buy her one at National Bookstore if she wants that kind of planner. I never thought she remembered what I said and when his daddy arrived from worked that day - I heard him say..."daddy, bayaran mo na ako sa utang mo kasi me bibilhin ako - organizer"... my heart almost melt when his daddy said "tsaka na, baon natin to sa SIngapore.." Frustrated, AJ just sat down and watched television as if trying to forget about the organizer thing... kaya after watching the movie I gave her money to buy for one. That's a very small thing to make her happy compared to the joy she put in our lives.

Though I am sad that she will be leaving... its OK. I'm sure Ate would be really happy having her family around so I hope that everything will turn out to be fine. I know this is the best thing to do and I believe that everything works for good for all those people who believes Him. Amen.

CNA Mania

My sister Emily took Nursing when she was in college and is now reaping the fruit of her perseverance through working as a Nurse in Singapore. On Monday, April 21st - her husband and their cute princess will be joining her there for good. I'll gonna miss them for sure. She is not very fond of blood but took nursing anyway since her tuition fee was waived as part of my mom's benefit (mom worked as a dietician in a the hospital where sister graduated). It' s a blessing in disguise actually, because she is now earning bigtime!

Anyways, if you are someone who wants to take up a medical profession - I suggest you check on the site of Medical Career Training. It is a portal that provides information and career options for those people who wants to be in a medical field. If you don't have the capability to be a Nurse for example - the site provides you an option to be a Certified Nursing Assistant instead. It gives you a list of different CNA Schools offering several CNA courses needed to become a fully pledge CNA. Certified Nursing Assistant usually works in Nursing Schools and provides basic care of patients such as feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves, preparing food trays, bathing, grooming and dressing patients, helping patients move about, preventing bedsores among others. All of these duties may sound simple but to become a certified CNA - you need to have appropriate CNA training for each and every chores. Check on the site for more information about being a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Believe in Karma

I was intrigued by Brian Gorrell's very controversial blog and how he was able to drive 2,000,000 page views all over the world in just a mater of 3 weeks! I was amazed on the manner he writes about his tragic "love story" with his estranged ex-boyfriend - a columnist and a well known socialite. He described how his ex alledgedly took his money and how his "circle of friends" covered up what their friend did to him. He tagged them as GUCCI gang, named after a well known brand of apparel Gucci. He mentioned that he is writting about his experiences and what he knows about the Gucci gang to force his ex lover to pay off his debt which amounts to $70,000! I'm struck on how he plays with his words and how detailed he bluntly describes each and every person on his story in a wacky, humorous, crazy manner - though you can feel his emotions on every word he writes. I was shocked when he wrote that his ex bf once said that does'nt want to be with an Asian guy because of their small penises. Later, he found out that his ex is dating a Singaporean guy - what a contradiction. Remarks such as that makes me think...is the size of one's penis an indication that he is more manly than the others? Is having a small "you know what" makes them inferior? With that kind thinking, no wonder there are a lot of men are desperately finding different penis enlargement ways and procedures to increase it's size. From penis enlargement operation to gadgets to penis enlargement pills. I know it might be funny for some but for a lot of people, having a small penis makes them feel insecure and makes them feel inadequate in bed. It took me an hour to finish reading his blog and I somehow felt sympathy on him especially when I came to the part that he admitted being an HIV positive. I think of all people, he is the one who really needs (and deserves) his hard earned money for his future and for his medications. I hope God would touch the heart of his boyfriend and pay him
